Our training programme at a glance:
- 60 days in the market after the basic orientation course.
- Working under a personal mentor who ensures that you fit into the system smoothly.
- A residential training programme on advanced selling at the academy.
- Consistent training for newcomers: 30 days of classroom training and several hours spent on the field.
The end of the programme marks the beginning of your life as a Ceasefire employee.
