The math is simple on this one. We continue to breathe as long as trees are there. No trees equates to no humans. Conservation of forests is something which has recently attracted the attention of the global community but it is high time considering that the forest cover of the world is less than 30 per cent now. If this figure doesn't give you an idea here is something that will - 27,000 trees are felled each day to manufacture toilet paper. If you need further inspiration, just take a look at our video of the forest man of India, Jadav Payeng, who planted a 1200 hectare forest on his own.
At Ceasefire , we are doing our bit for a better world.
