Learning & Development

Our Training and development initiatives spearheaded by Ceasefire's Learning & Development cell is an extension of the Competency requirements and is constructed with a systematic and focused approach. We endeavour to see that all our employees have strong basics on our product lines and are groomed for leadership positions for the future.

Organic Growth

Over 80% of our top leadership team has risen from the ranks. We look out to recruit talent from outside only if we are unable to promote someone from within the system. CMT Program

The Ceasefire Management Trainee (CMT) program is a specially designed program to onboard fresh talent in the managerial cadre of the organization. This hand holds the new comers and trains them on every aspect of leadership skills.

You may join us in one of our flagship business verticals in Sales & Business development that suits your interests the most. The company has unique business verticals to meet the demands of our unique sets of customers.

For example you may apply in our Enterprise Division if you have a flair for corporate sales, or Commercial Kitchens Division if the hospitality industry interests you. GISD division if Government & Institutional Sales excites you.
